A bit about us.

The youngest agency network in the top 10, Euro RSCG Middle East has offices in 6 countries, 8 cities and affiliates in Egypt and Oman. Headquartered in Dubai, Euro RSCG Middle East is a joint venture between Havas, the world's sixth largest communication group and the Chalhoub Group.

As the regional representative of Euro RSCG Worldwide, the world's fifth-largest global agency, we provide our clients with fully integrated communication services spanning across advertising, marketing services, digital and corporate communications.

Euro RSCG Middle East is an award winning network.

In 2011, Euro RSCG Beirut received the Mena Crystal for his press ad “Now In Cairo” whilst Euro RSCG Dubai was awarded bronze for Sport 360 radio spot “Cinderella”.

In 2009, Euro RSCG Dubai was awarded Dubai Lynx Bronze for Reckitt Benckiser Clearasil Interactive Consumers Products

Euro RSCG Dubai received silver at 2009 Young Lions In 2007, Euro RSCG Dubai won Gold at the Cristal MENA for Etoile la boutique TVC.

Our media arm in the region is MPG Middle East and Havas Digital, part of Havas Media. We are a true regional agency in the most fundamental way: by understanding the needs of our local, regional & international clients & adapting their demands to the local market.

Ali Shoucair

Managing Director, EuroRSCG Arabia

Having moved to Jeddah in 1985 with a goal to start and manage the new RSCG Saudi venture (Orientations RSCG), Ali has lived in Saudi Arabia for more than two decades and has handled various integrated brand campaigns as well as tactical projects for many local and international brands. He possesses a thorough understanding and knowledge of local culture, which has proved to be an invaluable asset to his career.

In his early career, Ali joined Leo Burnett London for a couple of years, taking advantage of the global marketplace as well as developing business and branding strategies for global and local brands. That paved the way for him to proficiently launch the famous “Merit Cigarettes” for Philip Morris in the Middle East.

Ali is responsible for managing & expanding the Euro RSCG operations in KSA as well as providing strategic counsel to clients & to the overall organization.

Established Media Partners, a joint venture with HRH Prince Ahmed bin Salman bin Abdel Aziz and late PM Rafiq Hariri

Nabil Maalouf

Managing Director, EuroRSCG  Beirut

Nabil Maalouf is the Managing director of the Euro RSCG Beirut office which caters for the Levant region.

Besides the full fledge advertising operation in Beirut, Nabil advocated the introduction of a PR arm to address the developing needs of clients for such a service which resulted in the ability of presenting full communication solutions. The PR department pioneered media training and crisis management in the country.

In 1994 Nabil was one of the founding partners of the local agency Sharp Pencil. This agency grew in 4 years to become one of the main contenders in the advertising arena. Sharp Pencil and Euro RSCG started their partnership in 1998 as Euro RSCG Sharp Pencil which in turn became Euro RSCG Beirut.

In 1988 Nabil started his career at Leo Burnett as an account executive on the Philip Morris account. He left Leo Burnett in 1994 as an account director on Philip Morris and major local accounts with special expertise in event management and below the line activities.

Nabil holds an MBA from the American University of Beirut.

Dany Naaman

Moved to Dubai in 2000 Dany headed Al Khaleejiah Advertising the leading Media supplier in the GCC markets

Throughout the years he has acquired an experience in Marketing all kind of Media Channels from TV to OOH, Radio to Print across all Middle Eastern Markets

He was appointed General Manager of MPG Middle East in 2005 and was given a regional role in 2008
